Hi, my name is Meka and I’m a 4 year old, 70 lb, husky and malamute mix. I love to play fetch with a tennis ball - I love it so much that I'll bring the ball back and place it in your hand!  My other favorite things to do are play tug-o-war with rope toys and running with my foster dad 3-4 times a week.  I'm very vocal, love all people and want pets from everyone. I currently live with two other dogs, one an elder gal and a young husky and we all get along.  I also live with a cat and I don't even try to chase him!  I have lots of energy but I also like to lounge on the living room floor for tummy rubs.  My foster family is helping me learn to not jump on people and not to counter surf.  My only flaw is I resource guard food and my foster family has to take extra care when they feed us.  I must be separated from other pets when eating and should never be allowed around other animals when they are eating.  I'm spayed, up-to-date on my vaccinations and micro-chipped.  Won't you make me yours?
