Moonsong Foster Malamutes >> Sakari
Size: Large | Age: Adult | Gender: Female | Breed: Alaskan Malamute
Hi All! Sakari here…. My name is an Indian word for ‘sweet’. I think my foster mom knew that cuz she is always calling me sweet…sweet face, sweet temperament, just plain sweet! I haven’t always had a sweet life though. I’m only one but at seven months old, I had a horrible accident and broke my leg. It's all healed now and the vet said I shouldn't have any problems and should be able to hike, pull and jump! I’m strong like most Mals even though I’m smaller. You know what they say…dynamite comes in small packages! I am a talker so for DOG’s sake don’t ask me my opinion on current affairs because I will be happy to discuss any topic for hours. I got to go to doggie day care and really had fun playing with the large dogs my size. I'm not too excited about the small yappy dogs, though! My short list of likes is singing at a full moon, being with my people and laying my head on your lap for ear scratches. The short list of dislikes is being stuck in a crate, being by myself for long periods of time and dinner being served late!
Sakari is a very loving, affectionate young dog. She gets the zoomies, will talk back to you and sing the song of her pack when the moon is high. She is about a year old, spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She has been around cats but Moonsong can not guarantee that she will always be good around them. If you’re looking for a young dog to become part of your family, take another look at Sakari. She may be the perfect fit for you.
