Meet Fenris!
Hi there! My name is Fenris, and I’m a handsome 3-year-old male Malamute looking for my perfect forever home. I’m a friendly, fun-loving boy who enjoys the company of most other dogs—though I’m not a fan of tiny breeds, and I have no experience with those mysterious creatures called cats. I’ve lived with another dog before and know how to share, as long as everyone plays fair around my toys and food.
I absolutely love sticks, balls, chew toys, and treats (which I take very politely). I adore people and soak up all the attention I can get! I’d be happy in a home with children over eight years old and would thrive in a place where someone is home most of the day—I get lonely when left outside too long and might try to go on an adventure of my own. I’m always up for a car ride or a hike, but water? No thanks! I steer clear of sprinklers, puddles, and especially thunderstorms.
I don’t mind being brushed, and I have some basic leash skills (though I do get excited and pull a little at first). I’ve started obedience training and am eager to learn more, but house-training is still a work in progress. Don’t worry—I’m smart, willing, and ready to pick up whatever I need to know in my new home.
