Hi. Hey. Hello. Want to be friends? I’m Peanut and my favorite thing in the world is friends! Humans and dogs alike! Wrestling, running, and rolling around with friends is the best. One of my besties is a chihuahua! Bigger dogs can scare me and sometimes make me act tough and growl a bit, so slow introductions are best.
I do best with routine and prefer my someone is home with me. My foster mom has taught me how to use a crate, so I hang out there when she must leave the house and take naps in to during the day. Helping me adjust to your schedule would be great; you know teaching me that my crate is my safe place, and I won’t be left in there for long. Foster mom also has taught me basic obedience at which I’m pretty good! Give me a treat, tell me what you want and I’m on it!
One of my best traits is I’m a world class snuggler. If you say nice things to me, scratch my ears and look into my eyes, I’ll melt right into you. I love pets so much that I can be demanding when I want attention.
I have shown my escape artistry skills (mostly to go meet new friends) so will require a home with a secure yard and family who is active and of course able to provide me with a life full of adventure.
I know how to charm and have never met a human I didn’t like. All I need in this life is someone who can help guide me and make me feel safe. Want to be mine forever and ever?
