Kiya is doing great and all ready to go!

Gets along with dogs: she doesn’t like to be jumped on by other dogs and best with supervised introduction, but okay with other dogs.

Gets along with cats: she’s so laid back, this might be a possibility, but not tested.

Gets along with kids: since she is so large, larger children are recommended.

House-trained: yes.

Needs experienced adopter: she’s so calm! Definitely not fit for a really active family.

Special needs: she does seem to be very picky with food, but not necessarily a special need.

She also has a VERY thick coat, so extra brushing for sure.

Description: Meet Kiya, a charming and gentle senior girl with a heart full of joy! This delightful pup is a great dancer, and loves being around both people and other dogs. With a little supervision, she enjoys making new dog friends and thrives in a pack, though she also appreciates her personal space. Kiya would be a wonderful companion for an older male dog, and her easygoing nature makes her a great fit for a calm, loving home. Fully crate-trained and well-behaved indoors, she’s a relaxed and affectionate presence who’s happiest just hanging out with her loved ones. She adapts well to being on her own as long as she’s settled and comfortable in the space. Kiya prefers a calm environment and enjoys having space from other dogs to feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart, and loving dog to enrich your family, Kiya could be your perfect match!
