If you’re looking for a professional snuggler, then look no further. I’m a young easygoing Mal Husky mix with that striking “heterochromia” look (aka, one blue and one brown eye). Let me tell you how my woes turned into tail wags. I was a long time resident at the shelter, when thankfully folks realized what a gem I was and along came my freedom ride. I’m currently hanging out in a foster home with two other furry chums.
Here’s the scoop – small dogs and wee critters are not my thing. But playing with my husky foster bro and sis definitely are. Having another friendly doggie pal is right up my alley. But please, no snarky pup pals for me – they have a tendency to make me grumpy. The kiddos are a-okay with me. As long as they are respectful I am a perfect gentlemen. I get super excited in the car and do bit of talking. Being that I love to go places, it’s hard to conceal my enthusiasm. My favorite is boat rides! That’s right people, you heard me. I thoroughly enjoy cruising on the water. And after a paw-ty on the boat I turn into quite the nap aficionado. My unique qualities don’t end there. My foster folks found out I’m an adventures pup in pursuit of the perfect ball. Yep, I’m a ball fetcher extraordinaire! I love to see their faces light up when I bring the ball back and lay it before their feet.
Yes, my athleticism is impressive, but my IQ is notable as well. They say I’m exceptionally clever and engaged with hoomanes. I am not sure what that means, but when they ask me to do something, I catch on quickly with the correct response. It sure seems to make them happy and they give me praise and even dole out goodies. Being somewhat of a treat connoisseur, that sure works for me.
Listen folks, I’m rescued and ready to steal your heart and very eager to join your fur-filled journeys. Just think of all the wonderful escapades we could enjoy together. If you happen to have a ruff day, I will shine plentiful paw-sitivity your way.
