Hi there, I’m Sugarplum! Looking for a little extra sweetness in your life? Well, look no further—I’m your girl!
I’m a very affectionate 3-year-old Malamute (possibly Husky mix) who just wants to be by your side. I have basic obedience training, am house and crate trained, and I’m respectful of your belongings (no shoe-chewing here!). That said, I do have a knack for counter-surfing and dish “pre-washing” when left alone, so a tidy home might be the best fit for me.
I have plenty of energy but know when to relax. Playing outside, chewing on sturdy toys, and going for walks are some of my favorite activities—and I’m pretty easy on the leash, too! If you have tasty treats, I’ll happily show off my skills. I may even nudge your pocket as a gentle reminder that I’m available for treat-testing. I also enjoy scent games, sniffing out goodies, and learning new things. Car rides? Not my favorite just yet, but with enough fun destinations, I’ll come around!
If cuddles and snuggles are your thing, we’re a perfect match. Belly rubs make me smile, and I love being close to my people. Just saying… if you want to make room on the couch or bed, I’d be happy to join! I also get along well with older children, so we can all snuggle together.
I do like to express myself with some classic “Mally talk” when I need to go out or want a snack. I can be a bit selective about my canine friends, but with the right introduction, I may enjoy a friendly male companion.
